I never knew Joe or his family. I just happened to see his obituary. He seems to have been an awesome man. Rest in Peace Joe.

I worked with Joe on his return to chdc I love having Joe in my training area when we had class Joe love to talk and dress up  it felt great when he would let me shave him and get his hair cut because he didn't want anyone else to do it I enjoyed  taking care of and talking with him I could trick him into doing stuff by offering him a sprite and pound cake l will miss his talks an laughter with that great smile and the pleasant attitude Melinda dillard

I worked in the same building and cared for Joe during my employment with CHDC, and while completing my studies at UCA.  Joe was extremely bright and very engaging.  Rest in piece, dear one.  🙏🏽
